Villa Description

The Master Bedroom with a King size bed has a luxury in-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Storage and a large walk-in closet complement this room with ample storage space and a Safe for safekeeping of your personal belongings. Finally, the room has its own 70 channel cable TV/VCS for private viewing and bedside lamps.

The 2nd double bedroom, has a Queen-size bed, large wardrobe/closet with ample storage together with its own TV for private viewing and bedside lamp.

The 3rd bedroom has twin beds, a large wardrobe/closet and a 70 channel TV for private viewing and bedside lamp.

The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, American style refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, water kettle, blender, dishwasher, waste disposal and a nook table. This cozy villa has all the kitchenware you might need to prepare a meal together with ample table ware/glasses for that late night beer or glass of wine around the flood light pool.

The Living Room/Family Room is fully furnished with comfortable sofas, coffee tables and table lamps. The entertainment in the villa comprises of a large color TV, DVD, and game console. 

Leading from the living room through double sliding patio doors you will enter the relaxing screened Pool area with extra large sun-deck area with chairs and a table. Outside the screened porched area you will find luxury sun lounges on a specially made area designed for those seeking to soak up all the Florida sunshine.

Bathrooms: This villa has a beautiful newly renovated bathroom in the Master bedroom and a 2nd Family Bathroom next to the other two bedrooms. Both tastefully furnished in modern design to suit your needs.
